In effort to ensure the health of our visitors and employees, Seminole County Government has closed public-facing buildings. Our Community Services team will continue to provide financial assistance services via web application and all other services via phone as possible. Please call 407-665-2300 or visit the Community Services Website.If you have documents to drop off please email them directly to your Case Manager, Project Manager, Veteran’s Service Officer, or Program Coordinator or if you are applying for financial assistance please email them toCA_docs@seminolecountyfl.gov. If you need to drop off original documents, please do so in the drop box and we will mail your originals back to you. Thank you.
Seminole County Community Assistance Division has temporarily suspended applications for the Rental and Mortgage Assistance Program. Once the online portal for CARES grant funding launches in August, applications will resume. Please note, for applicants who applied for Rental and Mortgage Assistance before July 17, 2020 at 5:00p.m., applications are being reviewed to determine eligibility; applicants will receive updates upon review.

*Immediate financial assistance is not available through this office.
The Division of Community Assistance offers financial help to Seminole County residents who have experienced an unexpected financial hardship for Rent, Mortgage, Utilities (Electric, Water & Gas) and for Rental & Utility Security Deposits. We also provide assistance for Dental and Training.
This office does not provide Emergency Assistance.
For your convenience you may print and fill out the application to bring with you to your scheduled appointment. No application will be accepted via mail.
Please be aware due to the recent increase in applications, all applicants are being placed on a waiting list and will be contacted by staff once your application is ready to be processed.
If you complete the on-line orientation and application, please do not schedule an appointment as it may delay your application processing time.
The Orientation Video MUST be viewed before completing the on-line application.

NOTE: Unexpected expenses paid with a credit card will not be considered.
